Article 24 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

Medical services and health care may be provided at home and remotely, and use may be made of applications of artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, modern communications, digital means and electronic media. The Ministry shall establish the necessary requirements and controls for this. The Ministry shall determine the foundations, standards, and technical and administrative procedures necessary to regulate dealings with matters of stem cells, tissues, embryos, artificial insemination and fertilization, to ensure proper and safe therapeutic use, in conformity with public order in the State. The Ministry shall regulate the licensing and practice of traditional and complementary medicine in accordance with the requirements and controls specified by special regulations issued for that purpose.
