Article 32 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

Conducting any research, experiments, or scientific or practical applications in the medical field on the human body is prohibited except after obtaining prior, express written consent from the person or from his legal representative, in accordance with the controls, conditions, and procedures and with a licence from the entity designated by the Minister by a decision issued this regard. Conducting any operations, research, experiments, or applications relating to human cloning operations is prohibited.
