English translation
The Ministry and other government entities providing health services shall implement final and conclusive judgments issued against practitioners employed by them for personal fault and service fault, by payment from the special item in the budget of the entity to which the practitioner belongs, or from the Compensation Fund for Personal Medical Errors, which shall be established by a decision of the Minister. That decision shall specify the amount, conditions and tiers of the monthly contribution that practitioners are required to make to support the Fund. They shall not be entitled to recover the amount of the contribution, and the Ministry shall have the full right to manage and dispose of it. The Ministry may seek the assistance of other government institutions, entities or companies to undertake the management of the aforementioned Fund, and may also add to the Fund the contributions of practitioners working for other government entities. لها أن تضيف للصندوق اشتراكات مزاولي المهنة العاملين لدى الجهات الحكومية
الأخرى. ولا يجوز للوزارة الرجوع على مزاول المهنة المشترك لديها.
