No member of the committee formed by the Authority may participate in deliberations, or Index of the Law 767 Home Page Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Professions Law No. 70 of 2020 concerning the Practice of Medicine and Its Allied Professions, Patients’ Rights and Health Facilities voting, or take any action or decision, or express an opinion on a case presented to the committee in which he has a direct or indirect interest, or where there is between him and one of its parties a relationship by blood or marriage up to the fourth degree, a prior judicial or professional dispute, or a connection through current or former commercial or professional work.

لا يجوز لأي عضو في اللجنة التي يشكلها الجهاز أن يشارك في المداولات، أو
التصويت، أو اتخاذ أي إجراء، أو قرار، أو الإدلاء برأي في حالة معروضة على
اللجنة يكون له فيها مصلحة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ، أو بينه وبين أحد أطرافها
صلة قرابة أو مصاهرة إلى الدرجة الرابعة ، أو خصومة قضائية أو مهنية سابقة،
