Article 61 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The private health facility must display its licences in a visible and prominent place, and must retain the licences to practise the profession for all its personnel and visiting practitioners, as well as licences for the use of medical devices and equipment for the possession and operation of which the Ministry requires a special licence and a training certificate for those working on them. Such licences and certificates shall be presented when requested by the monitoring, inspection and investigation committees or the competent bodies at the Ministry. The private health facility shall establish a written or electronic register, or both, to retain all the data referred to in this Article. Renewal of the licence granted must be requested no less than sixty days before its expiry.
