English translation
The holder of a private healthcare establishment licence may not be changed, nor may the licence be assigned to another for any reason, except after obtaining the Ministry's prior approval. If the natural person holding the licence dies, the heirs or one of them must notify the Ministry thereof within ninety days from the date of their predecessor's death. The Ministry may transfer the licence provided that the heirs or their representative in law submit to it an application expressing the wish to transfer within Law Index 772 Home Page Law on the Practice of Medicine and Auxiliary Professions Law No. 70 of 2020 concerning the Practice of Medicine and its Auxiliary Professions, Patients' Rights, and Healthcare Establishments the period prescribed under this Article and after verifying that the conditions necessary for transferring the licence under the Law are met.

لا يجوز تغيير صاحب ترخيص المنشأة الصحية الأهلية أو التنازل عن الترخيص
للغير لأي سبب إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة الوزارة المسبقة، وإذا توفي الشخص
الطبيعي صاحب الترخيص يجب على الورثة أو أحدهم إخطار الوزارة بذلك خلال
تسعين يوما من تاريخ وفاة مورثهم، ويجوز للوزارة تحويل الترخيص بشرط أن
يقدم لها الورثة أو من يمثلهم قانون طلبا يتضمن إبداء الرغبة في التحويل خلال
المدة المقررة وفق هذه المادة وبعد التحقق من توافر الشروط اللازمة لتحويل
