Article 63 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The health establishment’s licence shall be revoked in the following cases: 1 - If the licensee requests its revocation. - If the establishment ceases operation without an acceptable excuse for a period exceeding 6 months. - If a final judicial judgment is issued closing or removing the health establishment or revoking its licence. 4 - If it is established that the licence of the owner of the health establishment or the licence of its director has been subleased or exploited by others in any manner whatsoever. e - If it is established that the licence was obtained through fraud, deception or circumvention. 6 - If it is established that the establishment is operated for a purpose other than that for which the licence was granted. - If the establishment is moved from its location to another location or rebuilt without obtaining a licence therefor.
