Article 7 of Law on the Practice of Medicine and Allied Health Professions

The Health Licensing Department may grant temporary and special licences to visiting practitioners at the Ministry, other government entities or a private health facility, in accordance with the requirements and procedures regulated and issued by the Minister by a special decision for that purpose. Whoever brings in a visiting practitioner shall bear liability towards the injured person for compensation for the practitioner's medical error if the error was committed within the health facility belonging to the person who brought him in, or at any other health facility with the approval of the person who brought him in, without prejudice to the right of recourse against the person who committed the error.
