English translation
A person licensed to export narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations, or chemical precursors, must enclose a copy of the export licence with each package. The Ministry must send a copy of this licence by email or any other means to the importer and request that he return it to the Ministry after receiving the licensed substances and preparations, endorsed to indicate receipt, its date and the quantity received.

على المرخص له بتصدير المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة، أو المؤثرة عقلياً، أو
السلائف الكيميائية أن يرفق مع كل طرد نسخة من ترخيص التصدير .
وعلى الوزارة أن ترسل نسخة من هذا الترخيص بالبريد الإلكتروني أو بأي وسيلة
أخرى إلى المستورد، وأن تطلب منه إعادته إليها بعد استلام المواد والمستحضرات
المرخص بها مؤشراً عليه بما يفيد الاستلام وتاريخه والكمية المستلمة.Ask about this article
