English translation
Anyone who consumes, possesses, brings in, smuggles, produces, manufactures or purchases narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations for consumption or personal use, other than in cases authorized by law, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars. The penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars if the crime occurs in prisons, police stations, rehabilitation centres, addiction treatment centres, places of worship, places designated for education or sports clubs.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة آلاف دينار،
كل من تناول ، أو حاز أو جلب أو هرب، أو أنتج أو صنع أو اشترى، بقصد
التعاطي أو الاستعمال الشخصي المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة أو المؤثرة عقلياً،
وذلك في غير الأحوال المرخص بها قانوناً.
وتكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف
دينار إذا وقعت الجريمة في السجون، أو مراكز الشرطة أو التأهيل، أو العلاج من
