English translation
Whoever calls, by way of inducement, enticement or seduction and by any means whatsoever, for the commission of the crime provided for in Article (49) of this Decree-Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years and a fine not exceeding 5,000 dinars, or by either of these 2 penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة آلاف دينار
او بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من دعا بطريق الترغيب أو الإغراء أو الإغواء
وبأي وسيلة كانت على ارتكاب الجريمة المنصوص عليها في المادة (٤٩) من هذا
