English translation
Anyone against whom an order has been issued to take a sample for testing him for narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations, for the application of Article (62) of this Decree-Law, and who refuses without justification to provide that sample, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding four years and a fine not exceeding four thousand dinars.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز أربع سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز أربعة آلاف دينار،
كل من صدر بحقه أمر بأخذ عينة لفحصه للكشف عن المواد أو المستحضرات
المخدرة أو المؤثرة عقلياً، وذلك لإعمال حكم المادة (٦٢) من هذا المرسوم بقانون
