English translation
The punishment shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding two thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties, if the subject matter of the offences stipulated in Articles (1/42 - 2, 43, 48, 49) of this Decree-Law is one of the substances or preparations listed in Schedule No. (3) of the first group annexed to this Decree-Law. The punishment shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars if the subject matter of the offence stipulated in Article (49) of this Decree-Law is one of the substances or preparations listed in the schedule of the fourth group annexed to this Decree-Law, or the cultivation of a plant listed in Schedule No. (5) of the first group annexed to this Decree-Law.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تجاوز ألفي دينار أو بإحدى هاتين
العقوبتين، إذا كان محل الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المواد (١/٤٢ - ٢ ، ٤٣ ، ٤٨،
٤٩) من هذا المرسوم بقانون، هي إحدى المواد أو المستحضرات الواردة في
الجدول رقم (۳) من المجموعة الأولى المرفق بهذا المرسوم بقانون.
ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة آلاف دينار،
إذا كان محل الجريمة المنصوص عليها في المادة (٤٩) من هذا المرسوم بقانون هي
إحدى المواد أو المستحضرات الواردة في جدول المجموعة الرابعة المرفق بهذا
المرسوم بقانون، أو زراعة نباتاً من النباتات المدرجة في الجدول رقم (٥) من
