English translation
Anyone who manages, prepares, or makes ready a place for the consumption of narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars. If that act is performed for consideration, the perpetrator shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of fifteen years and a fine of not less than fifty thousand dinars and not exceeding one hundred thousand dinars. Anyone found in that place while others were consuming those substances or preparations there, with knowledge thereof and being able to leave the place, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years Law Index 408 Home Page Law on Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Decree-Law No. 159 of 2025 concerning Combating Narcotics Psychotropic Substances and Regulating Their Use and Trade and a fine not exceeding five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The provision of this Article shall not apply to anyone residing in the aforementioned place unless it is established that they participated with the person who managed, prepared, or made ready that place.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف دينار كل
من أدار أو أعد أو هيأ مكاناً لتعاطي المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة أو المؤثرة
عقلياً.
فإذا كان ذلك الفعل بمقابل عوقب الجاني بالحبس مدة خمس عشرة سنة وبغرامة
لا تقل عن خمسين ألف دينار ولا تجاوز مائة ألف دينار. وكل من ضبط في
ذلك المكان وكان يجري فيه تعاطي الغير تلك المواد أو المستحضرات مع علمه
بذلك، وكان قادراً على مغادرة المكان، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات
وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
ولا يسري حكم هذه المادة على من يقيم في المكان المذكور، ما لم يثبت اشتراكه
