English translation
Anyone who writes a medical prescription, or permits the dispensing of narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations by any means whatsoever, for the purpose of consumption contrary to approved medical standards, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars and not less than five thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. If he commits the act again, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and a fine not exceeding twenty thousand dinars. Suspension from practising the profession for a period not exceeding three years may be ordered.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف دينار
ولا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من حرر وصفة
طبية، أو سمح بصرف المواد، أو المستحضرات المخدرة ، أو المؤثرة عقلياً بأي
وسيلة كانت، بقصد التعاطي خلافا للمعايير الطبية المعتمدة.
فإذا عاد إلى ارتكاب الفعل تكون العقوبة الحبس لمدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات
وبغرامة لا تجاوز عشرين ألف دينار.
ويجوز أن يحكم بالوقف عن مزاولة المهنة لمدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات.Ask about this article
