English translation
Anyone who commits a violation relating to entry in the registers provided for in this Decree-Law, and anyone who prevents or attempts to prevent a public official from implementing and verifying the provisions set forth therein, or commits any other violation of the provisions of this Decree-Law or the decisions or licences implementing it, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties. يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف دينار
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من ارتكب مخالفة تتعلق بالقيد في السجلات
المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم بقانون، وكل من منع موظفاً عاماً أو حاول
منعه من تنفيذ الأحكام المبينة فيه والتحقق منها، أو أرتكب أية مخالفة أخرى
