Article 57 of Law on Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances

A legal person shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding one hundred thousand dinars, or the equivalent of the total value of the narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations constituting the subject matter of the crime, whichever is higher, for each violation it commits of the provisions of this Decree-Law. A judgment may prohibit the legal person, permanently or for a period not exceeding five years, from carrying on activities relating to dealing in the substances or preparations referred to in the preceding paragraph, even indirectly. The judgment of conviction shall be published in the Official Gazette. The provision of this article shall not apply to ministries, government agencies, public authorities, and public institutions. In all the preceding cases, this shall not prejudice the criminal liability of the natural person.
