English translation
Where the court rules to refrain from pronouncing punishment for the offence provided for in Article (49) of this Decree-Law, it may order that the convicted person be required to attend the health centre designated by the Minister during the period of the undertaking imposed upon him, to treat his addiction and rehabilitate him, or to prevent his return to drug use. If it is established that he has violated the controls and conditions specified by that centre, or if he again commits the offence provided for in the preceding paragraph and is brought to criminal trial on that account, this shall constitute a breach on his part requiring that his trial proceed.

للمحكمة إذا قضت بالامتناع عن النطق بالعقاب في الجريمة المنصوص عليها
في المادة (٤٩) من هذا المرسوم بقانون أن تحكم بإلزام المحكوم عليه بمراجعة
المركز الصحي الذي يحدده الوزير أثناء مدة التعهد المقضي بها عليه لعلاجه
من الإدمان وتأهيله، أو للحيلولة دون عودته للتعاطي.
وإذا ثبت مخالفته للضوابط والشروط التي يحددها ذلك المركز، أو في حالة عودته
لارتكاب الجريمة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة السابقة وتم تقديمه للمحاكمة
