English translation
Anyone who commits an offence characterised by violence or threats or resulting in injury to others or damage to their property, and who was under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances or preparations when committing it, may be sentenced by the court to more than the maximum prescribed by law for that offence, provided that twice that maximum is not exceeded. أو إتلاف أملاكهم، وكان وقت ارتكابها تحت تأثير المواد أو المستحضرات المخدرة
أو المؤثرة عقلياً، جاز للمحكمة أن تقضي عليه بما يزيد عن الحد الأقصى المقرر
