English translation
Anyone who manufactures, promotes, sells or possesses for the purpose of trading goods, printed materials or emblems bearing images, drawings, writings or ideas calling for or inciting the commission of any of the crimes stipulated in this Decree-Law shall be punished by a fine of no less than three thousand dinars and no more than twenty thousand dinars. Anyone who wears or uses anything mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dinars.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثة آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز عشرين ألف دينار كل
من صنع ، أو روج، أو باع، أو حاز بقصد الإتجار سلع أو مطبوعات أو شعارات
تحمل صور، أو رسومات أو كتابات، أو أفكار تدعو أو تحض على ارتكاب
