English translation
Anyone who discloses any private data or information concerning reports or the treatment of addicts, persons placed in a rehabilitation or addiction treatment centre, or the examinations specified in Article (66) of this Decree-Law, without justification and with the intent to cause harm, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تجاوز عشرة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين كل من أفشى أية بيانات أو معلومات خاصة في بلاغات أو علاج
المدمنين، أو بالمودعين في مركز التأهيل أو علاج الإدمان، أو الفحوصات المبينة في
