English translation
Every contract or disposition whose parties, or one of them, knew or had reason to believe that the purpose of the contract or agreement was to prevent the confiscation measures stipulated in Article (40) of this Law shall be void, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties. يقع باطلاً كل عقد أو تصرف علم أطرافه أو أحدهم أو كان لديه ما يحمله على
الاعتقاد بأن الغرض من العقد أو الاتفاق الحيلولة دون اتخاذ إجراءات المصادرة
المنصوص عليها في المادة (٤٠) من هذا القانون، دون الإخلال بحقوق الغير حسن
