English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by the Penal Code or any other law, (1) Replaced pursuant to the text of Decree-Law No. 76 of 2025 Law Index 447 Home Page Anti-Money Laundering Law Law No. 106 of 2013 concerning Combating Money Laundering the offences set out in the Articles of this Law shall be punished by the penalties prescribed for each.
