English translation
Whoever commits any of the property crimes provided for in Article (2) of this Law, if he knew that those funds and instrumentalities were derived from crime, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years and a fine of not less than half the value of the funds that are the subject of the crime and not exceeding their full value. In all cases, confiscation of the seized funds and instrumentalities shall be ordered.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن نصف قيمة الأموال
محل الجريمة ولا تجاوز كامل قيمتها ، كل من ارتكب إحدى جرائم الأموال
المنصوص عليها في المادة (۲) من هذا القانون، إذا كان قد علم بأن تلك الأموال
والأدوات متحصلة من الجريمة.
ويحكم في جميع الأحوال بمصادرة الأموال والأدوات المضبوطة.Ask about this article
