English translation
Anyone who commits any of the terrorist financing offences stipulated in Article (3) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years and a fine not less than the value of the funds that are the subject of the offence and not exceeding twice that value, and the seized funds and instruments shall be confiscated.
