English translation
Every licensed person must, within one month of obtaining the licence, promptly appoint an auditor approved by the Authority, provided that this auditor is not a director, officer, employee, shareholder, or partner of the licensed person. He shall notify the Authority thereof within seven days of the appointment, and must also notify it within this period in the event of the auditor’s resignation or replacement.

يجــب على كل شــخص مرخــص لــه أن يبــادر خلال شــهر واحــد مــن حصولــه على
الترخيــص أن يــعين مراقبــا للحســابات توافــق عليه الهيئــة، شريطة ألا يكون هــذا المراقب
مديــرا أو مســئولا أو موظفــا أو مســاهما أو شريــكا للشــخص المرخــص لــه.
وعليــه إخطــار الهيئــة بذلــك خلال ســبعة أيــام مــن تعيينــه، كما يجــب عليــه إخطارهــا
