English translation
The competent Minister shall issue a decision establishing a fund for the care of persons subjected to assault and those under their care or custody, affiliated with the Council, to secure care for them and provide means of reducing and preventing domestic violence crimes and rehabilitating their perpetrators. Its resources shall consist of the following: a. An amount allocated by the State in the Council's financial appropriation. b. Unconditional donations and gifts. The Executive Regulations shall determine its organization, functions, and operating mechanisms.

يصدر الوزير المختص قرار بإنشاء صندوق لرعاية المعتدى عليهم ومن تحت
رعايتهم أو حضانتهم يتبع المجلس، وذلك لتأمين الرعاية لهم وتوفير سبل الحد
من جرائم العنف الأسري والوقاية منها وإعادة تأهيل مرتكبيها.
وتتكون موارده مما يلي:
أ. مبلغ تخصصه الدولة في الاعتماد المالي للمجلس.
ب. التبرعات والهبات غير المشروطة.
