English translation
The victim or their legal representative may not withdraw the complaint, reconcile with the aggressor, or pardon the aggressor in any of the following cases: 1. Crimes and acts of sexual abuse. 2. Domestic violence crimes committed against children or persons lacking or having diminished legal capacity. 3. Domestic violence crimes committed against either parent by their children.

لا يجوز للمعتدى عليه أو من يمثله قانونا العدول عن الشكوى أو التصالح مع
المعتدي أو العفو عنه في أي من الحالات الآتية:
۱. جرائم وأفعال الإيذاء الجنسي.
٢. جرائم العنف الأسري التي تقع على الأطفال أو فاقدي الأهلية أو ناقصيها .
