The Committee shall have a secretary from among the personnel of the Ministry of Justice and a secretariat from among the Ministry's employees to assist it in undertaking everything necessary for the performance of its duties. The secretary shall distribute administrative work among the secretariat under the supervision of the Chair of the Committee.

بكون للجنة أمين سر من العاملين بوزارة العدل، وأمانة سر من موظفي الوزارة
لمعاونتها في القيام بكل ما يلزم لأداء مهامها، ويتولى أمين السر توزيع الأعمال
