Article 63 of Decree of 1979 concerning the Civil Service Regulations

The referral of holders of posts in the leadership posts group to the Civil Service Council as a disciplinary body shall be by a decision of the Minister containing a statement of the violations attributed the employee and the evidence that supports. The employee shall be notified by a copy of the referral decision at least fifteen days before the date fixed for the Council to convene. The employee shall have the right to inspect the investigations and all papers relating thereto and to obtain a copy thereof.
