English translation
An employee may not be punished for a violation committed five years previously unless this period is interrupted by investigation of the employee, suspension from work, or the taking of any other disciplinary measures. This period shall run anew from the date of the last measure. Where there are multiple accused persons, interruption of the period in respect of one of them shall result in its interruption in respect of the others, even if no measures interrupting the period have been taken against them.

لا تجوز معاقبة الموظف عن مخالفة مضي على وقوعها خمس سنوات ما لم تنقطع
هذه المدة بالتحقيق مع الموظف أو إيقافه عن العمل أو اتخاذ أية إجراءات تأديبية
أخري.
وتسري هذه المدة من جديد من تاريخ آخر إجراء.
وإذا تعدد المتهمون فإن انقطاع المدة بالنسبة إلى أحدهم يترتب عليه انقطاعها بالنسبة
