The decision accepting resignation. By whom it is issued if the employee holds a position in the leadership positions group, and by whom in respect of other positions. Article 6/2 of the Civil Service Law and its legislative interpretation. The decision accepting resignation must be issued by the public person specified in the text or by the person delegated by him, within the limits of the delegation. - The resignation request constitutes the element of grounds in the administrative decision issued thereon. Its implication. The request must remain pending until that decision is issued.
