English translation of the principle

Wages, including allowances, benefits, overtime pay, and payment for accrued leave. A periodically recurring right. An action therefor is not heard, upon denial, after five years have elapsed. - Treating the employment relationship as a moral impediment preventing the worker from claiming his employment entitlements. A matter of fact. The condition for this. - 387 - Obligation - Establishment that the respondent company insisted on the appellant continuing his work during the Iraqi invasion because it needed to operate the factory owing to the vital materials it produced, that it drew up a new contract for him, and that the Council of Ministers issued a decision to pay bonuses to Kuwaitis and others who worked in vital entities during the occupation. The appellant's subsequent failure to claim his entitlements, on which he relied for his living expenses during that period, until the date his service ended. Negligence on his part. Does not suspend the running of limitation in respect of those entitlements.
