Wages, including allowances, benefits, overtime pay, and payment for accrued leave. A recurring periodic right. An action therefor shall not be heard, upon denial, after five years. - Considering the employment relationship a moral impediment preventing the worker from claiming his employment rights. A matter for the court of merits. The condition for this. - Establishment that the respondent company insisted that the appellant continue working during the Iraqi invasion because it needed to operate the factory owing to the vital materials it produced, that it drew up a new contract for him, and that a Council of Ministers decision was issued providing for payment of bonuses to Kuwaitis and others who worked in vital entities during the occupation. The appellant's subsequent failure to claim his rights, on which he relied for his living expenses during that period, until the date his service ended. Negligence on his part. Does not suspend the running of limitation in respect of those rights.
