No deduction from or attachment of a worker’s wage is permissible except within the limits and in the circumstances prescribed by law. - Any term in an employment contract contrary to its provisions is void. - There is no legal prohibition on the contracting parties agreeing to amend its terms during the employment relationship or to replace it with another differing in its terms, even if this results in reducing the worker’s wage, provided that this is done by the will of both contracting parties. Example.
