English translation
The right of possessory pledge shall be extinguished upon the extinction of the secured debt and shall revive with it if the cause by which the debt was extinguished ceases, without prejudice to rights acquired by third parties acting in good faith during the period between the extinction of the right and its revival.

ينقضي حق الرهن الحيازي بانقضاء الدين المضمون ويعود معه إذا زال السبب
الذي انقضى به الدين، دون إخلال بالحقوق التي يكون الغير حسن النية قد كسبها
