Article 376 of Civil Code

1 - If an attachment is made in the hands of the debtor of the assigned claim before the assignment becomes effective against third parties, the assignment shall, in relation to the attaching creditor, be equivalent to a second attachment. 2 - In this case, if another attachment is made after the assignment has become effective against third parties, the debt shall be distributed pro rata among the earlier attaching creditor, the assignee, and the later attaching creditor, provided that the amount required to complete the assignee's assigned claim is taken from the later attaching creditor's share.
