English translation
The Speaker of the Assembly shall send to the committees all papers relating to matters referred to them. Members of the Assembly have the right to inspect them and may make copies of them with the approval of the committee chair.

يبعث رئيس المجلس إلى اللجان جميع الأوراق المتعلقة بالمسائل المحالة إليها ولأعضاء
