Article 44 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall deposit any amount he receives within the proceedings into a special account for disbursement designated by the Bankruptcy Judge within a period not exceeding ten days from the date of its receipt, and shall submit to the Bankruptcy Department a statement of account of those amounts within ten days from the date of deposit or within any other period specified by the Bankruptcy Judge. If the trustee delays depositing any amounts received for the purpose of deposit without acceptable justification, the Bankruptcy Judge may oblige him to pay a delay fine at the rate of 7 annually of the value of the amounts not deposited. This fine shall be deposited into the account referred to in the preceding paragraph and shall form part of the general security of creditors. The Bankruptcy Judge may, in the case referred to in the preceding paragraph, replace the trustee.
