Article 46 of Bankruptcy Law

The debtor and the Bankruptcy Committee, where the indebtedness is subject to its supervision, may object before the Bankruptcy Judge to the trustee’s acts before their completion. The objection shall result in suspension of the act if the objection is submitted by the Bankruptcy Committee. The Bankruptcy Judge shall issue his decision on the objection within ten days from the date of its submission.
