Article 47 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall submit to the Bankruptcy Department and the Bankruptcy Committee, as the case may be, a monthly report Index of the Law 1397 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 Promulgating the Bankruptcy Law or at any other time determined by the Bankruptcy Judge, on the state of management of the debtor's assets and business and the progress of restructuring and declaration of bankruptcy proceedings.
