The trustee shall collect his fees specified in the decision appointing him and the necessary expenses he incurs from the debtor’s assets known to the Bankruptcy Administration. A payment on account of those fees and expenses may be disbursed by a decision of the bankruptcy judge. Supervisor

يستوفي الأمين أتعابه المحددة بقرار تعيينه والمصروفات اللازمة التي يتكبدها من
أموال المدين المعلومة لإدارة الإفلاس، ويجوز بقرار من قاضي الإفلاس صرف دفعة
من تلك الأتعاب والمصروفات تحت الحساب.
