English translation
The trustee, debtor or any creditor may request the bankruptcy judge to issue a decision defining the scope of the trustee's powers with respect to a specific matter or matters, provided that this does not result in the suspension or disruption of the proceedings. In all cases, the bankruptcy judge shall have jurisdiction to issue such decisions as the judge deems appropriate concerning the trustee's powers.

للأمين أو المدين أو أي دائن أن يطلب من قاضي الإفلاس إصدار فرار بتحديد نطاق
سلطات الأمين بخصوص مسالة أو مسائل معينة على ألا يؤدي ذلك إلى وقف أو
تعطيل الإجراءات، وفي جميع الأحوال يختص قاضي الإفلاس بإصـدار مـا يــرى مـن
