Article 45 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall record all acts relating to the administration of the debtor’s assets and business in the books and records prepared for that purpose, and recording may be electronic. The Bankruptcy Committee, representatives of creditors’ committees, creditors—where no creditors’ committee has been formed—and the debtor may inspect these books and records. They may also request copies of documents available to the trustee whenever they relate to the debtor’s assets or business, or request data or information from the aforementioned books and records. If the trustee refuses, any interested party may request that the Bankruptcy Judge instruct the trustee to provide him with the documents or enable him to inspect them. The Bankruptcy Judge shall issue his flight on the application within ten days from the date of its submission.
