English translation
The preventive settlement proposal shall satisfy the requirement for creditors' approval if the required majority approves it. If the proposal does not obtain the approval of that majority at the first meeting of creditors, the meeting shall be adjourned for ten days to a second meeting held to vote on the proposal. If the proposal does not obtain the approval of the required majority at the adjourned meeting, this shall be deemed a rejection of the preventive settlement proposal.

يكون مقترح التسوية الوقائية مستوفية موافقة الدائنين إذا وافقت عليه الأغلبية
المطلوبة، فإذا لم يحصل المقترح على موافقة هذه الأغلبية في الاجتماع الأول للدائنين،
يؤجل الاجتماع لمدة عشرة أيام لاجتماع ثاني يعقد للتصويت على المقترح.
وإذا لم يحصل المقترح على موافقة الأغلبية المطلوبة في الاجتماع المؤجل، يعتبر ذلك
