Article 80 of Bankruptcy Law

Minutes shall be drawn up of what took place at the meeting to vote on the preventive settlement proposal, to be signed by the debtor, the creditors present who are entitled to vote, and the representative of the creditors’ committee. If a creditor refuses to sign, his name and the reason for his refusal shall be recorded in the minutes. If the meeting is held through modern means of communication, the supervisor must attend. If no supervisor has been appointed, a representative of the creditors’ committee or a representative of the Bankruptcy Committee shall attend, where the indebtedness is subject to its supervision. The signatures on the minutes of the debtor and supervisor, or the debtor and representative of the creditors’ committee, or the debtor and representative of the Bankruptcy Committee, as the case may be, shall suffice. The Executive Regulations shall specify the conditions and controls for this meeting.
