English translation
If the daughter, sister or mother is divorced or widowed, or the son or brother becomes incapable of earning, after the death of the insured person or pensioner, each shall be granted the share of the pension to which he or she would have been entitled—assuming entitlement on the date of death—without prejudice to the rights of the other beneficiaries.

إذا طلقت أو ترملت البنت أو الأخت أو الأم، أو عجز الأبن، أو الأخ عن الكسب
بعد وفاة المؤمن عليه أو صاحب المعاش، منح كل منهم نصيبه الذي كان يستحقه
في المعاش - بافتراض استحقاقه له في تاريخ الوفاة - دون المساس بحقوق باقي
