English translation
If the share of any of the beneficiaries referred to in Article (63) of this Law is suspended or terminated, the pension shall be redistributed among the remaining beneficiaries thereof who receive shares in the pension, in accordance with Schedule No. (1) attached to this Law. Redistribution among these beneficiaries shall likewise take place if the reason for suspending payment of the share ceases to exist. Redistribution shall take effect from the first day of the month following the occurrence of the event giving rise thereto. In all cases, any amounts unduly paid to the beneficiary whose share was suspended or terminated shall be deducted from the accumulated amounts due to all the remaining beneficiaries as a result of the suspension or termination up to the date on which the Institution becomes aware of the event giving rise thereto, in proportion to each one’s entitlement relative to the others, without prejudice to liability for the amounts unduly paid or to the right of the remaining beneficiaries to have recourse against the person who received those amounts for what was deducted from their shares.

إذا أوقف او انتهى نصيب أحد المستحقين المشار إليهم في المادة (٦٣) من هذا القانون
يعاد توزيع المعاش على باقي المستحقين منهم الذين يصرفون انصبة في المعاش وذلك
وفقا للجدول رقم (۱) المرافق لهذا القانون، كما يعاد التوزيع على هؤلاء المستحقين
إذا زال سبب وقف صرف النصيب.
وتكون اعادة التوزيع من أول الشهر التالي لحدوث الواقعة التي رتبت ذلك.
وفي جميع الاحوال يخصم ما يكون قد صرف دون وجه حق للمستحق الذي اوقف
او انتهى نصيبه من متجمد ما يستحق لباقي المستحقين جميعا نتيجة للوقف او
الانتهاء حتى تاريخ علم المؤسسة بالواقعة التي رتبت ذلك وبنسبة ما يستحقه كل
منهم الى الآخرين، وذلك دون الاخلال بالمسئولية عن المبالغ المنصرفة دون وجه
حق او بحق باقي المستحقين في الرجوع على من صرف هذه المبالغ بما خصم من
