Article 76 of Social Insurance Law

The provisions governing combination of a share with a retirement pension, or of shares in more than one pension, shall be determined by a decision of the Minister after approval by the Board of Directors. The decision shall also determine the amount paid to the beneficiary from his share in the retirement pension and the injury pension, what is saved for him, and the circumstances and rules for payment of the saved amounts.
