Article 74 of Social Insurance Law

If an insured person or pensioner goes missing, his beneficiaries shall be paid an amount equivalent to each one's share of the pension assuming his death, with effect from the beginning of the month in which he went missing. Payment shall continue until the missing person reappears alive or his death is established in fact or by judicial declaration. If the insured person went missing while performing work or because of it, the beneficiaries shall additionally be paid an amount equivalent to each one's share of the pension prescribed under work injury insurance, within the limits provided for in Article (115) of this Law. A decision of the Minister, after approval of the Board of Directors, shall prescribe the procedures to establish the disappearance and the course to be followed concerning sums paid if the missing person reappears alive. The provisions applicable to the beneficiaries referred to in Article (63) of this Law shall apply to beneficiaries under this Article.
